Ingredients
- 200g Quorn Swedish Style Meatballs
- 200ml fresh tomato pizza sauce
- 1 large ready rolled pizza base
- 150g mozzarella cheese, cut into small dice
- 50g mixed grated cheddar and mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- black olives *optional
Method
- Preheat the oven to 220°C Gas Mark 7
- Place the pizza base on an ovenproof metal plate and spread over the prepared tomato sauce, leaving the outer rim uncovered. Sprinkle evenly with the diced mozzarella
- Cut the Quorn Swedish Style Meatballs into quarters and place the pieces evenly over the pizza base, sprinkle over the grated cheeses
- Sprinkle with oregano, freshly ground black pepper, olives and olive oil
- Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling
