Quorn Lasagne Ready Meal (350g)

(Microwave 1100W) 5MIN 30SEC

Remove frozen meal from sleeve and pierce film in several places. Heat on HIGH for 5 minutes and 30 secs or until thoroughly heated. Do not boil. Allow to stand for 1 minute, carefully remove film, stir and serve.

(Conventional oven) 20MIN

Remove frozen meal from cardboard sleeve. Peel off plastic film from tray. Pre-heat oven to 180⁰C, bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven, allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.

CAUTION: CONTENTS AND TRAY WILL BE VERY HOT. BE CAREFUL TO AVOID STEAM BURNS.
